Hello, trying to figure is there a particular brand of whey protein shake to use and also what is a great soup to purchase for Shred diet?

I am a fan of MyoFusion and our in house brand 1st Phorm Protein. Both of the products are excellent. For soups I normally would not recommend them for this plan but I would choose a brand that is low in sodium and also try to use these as a back up when in a time crunch.

Thank you and best of luck
