Conor is an Irish professional mixed martial artist who is currently signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (U.F.C.).
He is the reigning U.F.C Lightweight champion, and former U.F.C Featherweight champion.
Dr. Julian Dalby M.D.
Dr Julian Dalby is an exercise physiologist with more than 20 years experience in elite sports performance.
He is a fully qualified medical doctor providing support to the U.F.C. and other mixed martial arts organisations. He is a former Irish Olympic cycling team member, and a world record holder in deadlifting.
Romain Denis BSC, MSC
Romain Denis received his B.Sc and M.Sc (Research) in exercise physiology from Montpellier University in France, and his M.Phil from Brunel University in the U.K.
Romain is a chartered scientist, and an accredited freelance Exercise Physiologist, who works with athletes of all abilities. He has extensive experience in providing training advice, physiological support, and has published numerous papers in scientific journals. He is a keen cyclist, and a competitive runner with a marathon time of 2 hours and 37 minutes.
Colin Byrne is a mixed martial artist, and owner of The Shinobi Academy, a full time M.M.A dojo in The Algarve, Portugal.
Colin, a former cyclist, started his martial arts career in Ninjutsu in 1997, and holds a 3rd dan black belt in this discipline, and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. He is also the film-maker and photographer for The Mac Life.
Candy is a former N.A.B.B.A and R.I.B.B.F. Miss Figure bodybuilding champion, who competed for the Irish national team at home and on the international stage.
She holds a B.Sc in Zoology and Physiology, and a Diploma in PR and Marketing. Your first line of contact when you email the team, Candy is also content co-ordinator and creative director for our F.A.S.T. conditioning social media platforms.
Igor is an expert in Business Information Systems and IT Project Management & Consulting. Igor has over 5 years of experience with international projects.
He was brought in, in 2017 to manage IT aspects & Digital Marketing of Conor McGregor’s F.A.S.T. Conditioning program, and is now an integral part of the team.
‘THE RUSSIAN HAMMER’
Artem is a Russian-Irish mixed martial artist, who reached the final of The Ultimate Fighter in December 2015 on Team McGregor.
A natural featherweight competitor, he has also competed at lightweight and welterweight divisions.
Gunnar is an Icelandic mixed martial artist currently competing in the Welterweight division of the U.F.C.
He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu, which was awarded by Renzo Gracie after impressive results at the 2009 IBJJF Pan-Ams and the 2009 ADCC Submission Wrestling World Championship. He is currently ranked #9 in the official U.F.C. Welterweight rankings. Gunnar is a teammate of fellow double U.F.C Champion Conor McGregor, and is a member of Mjölnir gym in Iceland, and SBG Ireland.
Makwan is a Kurdish-Finnish mixed martial artist and wrestler who competes in the featherweight division of the U.F.C.
Best known for his 8 second knockout, Makwan’s martial arts background is in Greco-Roman wrestling, Freestyle wrestling, Muay Thai, Submission wrestling, and boxing. Makwan trains out of SBG Ireland, and Turku Muay Thai in Finland.
The current TUF Champion, Brad has a vast wealth of martial arts experience. He started competing at karate in Canada at the age of 5 where he earned his black belt.
An accomplished high school wrestler and winner of the Canadian Golden gloves boxing championships, he then went on to compete in MMA where The Ultimate Fighter Champion remains undefeated.
