Susanna Reid has shed an impressive 2st over the past few months.
As the 47-year-old has showed off her svelte figure, some viewers were concerned by her transformation.
Despite this, the Good Morning Britain star reassured fans that she trimmed down following the advice of her doctor.
So how did the ITV host lose weight?

Speaking about one of these diet tweaks in a GMB segment this week, Susanna revealed her unlikely source of inspiration.
On daytime telly, she confessed: “You suggested that I eliminate, well take away, milk from my coffee so now it’s black coffee only.”
Co-host Piers jokingly added: “She’s lost two stone Tyson. After your little pep talk, Susanna’s wasting away!”

Previously, she revealed how ditching alcohol changed the host’s frame.
Cutting back on her carb intake is another way she’s managed to shed the pounds.
The presenter is also said to be a fan of running and attends Zumba classes on occasion.
