Kinobody Review: Are These Programs Legit…Or Not?

If you go to the Kinobody website it looks like a gallery of fitness models all getting together to party. Between the videos, photo galleries, and general “high-life-living”, it’d be natural to feel skeptical about whether or not the Kinobody programs are a scam, or the real deal. So, let’s dive into this Kinobody review and see.

I’m here to discuss all of the various Kinobody programs—whether they’re legit, what program is best for YOU, and whether or not to invest your hard-earned money in the various Kinobody programs.

Introduction to Kinobody

Greg O’Gallagher is the founder and owner of Kinobody. With the territory of having a successful company in the fitness industry…also comes a Pandora’s Box of hate.

If you search around, you’ll definitely find way too many obsessive people wondering if Greg is natural, what Greg ate for breakfast, or whether or not the Lamborghini in his videos is really his.

As is true in every aspect of life, with success comes hate.

So let’s first put that out there—yes, Greg and Kinobody have a lot of haters. But there are also some incredible success stories. So stop dwelling and obsessing about what you can’t control—instead, focus on what YOU can do FOR YOU.

Kinobody For Men

Kinobody Review

Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program

This is probably the best starting point for most of you out there reading this!

Let’s face it—almost all of us want to lose a bit of fat, and put on some muscle. What this comes down to is simply getting into better shape. So don’t let the “Warrior Shredding Program” name intimidate you! It’s a fantastic starting fitness program, even if you’re a newbie to lifting weights and exercise in general.

In the Warrior Shredding Program, Greg walks you through getting the “Hollywood” look that will have the heads turning at the beach during summertime.

You’ll learn key points about how to drop fat off your physique, and put on lean muscle.

Included in the Warrior Shredding Program…

Kinobody Greek God Program

In Greek mythology, many Gods are also Warriors. Eventually, then move on and then rule their kingdom or domain. So it makes sense that the next step in the Kinobody PDF programs is to graduate to a God (from a Warrior). 🙂

The Greek God Program is a step up from the Warrior Shredding Program. Once you don’t really have much, if any, fat to lose, it’s time to start putting on dense and lean muscles.

That’s what this program will teach you to do.

If you think you need to workout every day to get a very elite physique, you’re wrong.

The Greek God Program will show you how to work out just three days a week, and still built the God-like figure. In many ways, overtraining is the death of getting that kind of physique.

Well, I think given the current landscape of movies… I’d be inclined to go with superhero.

In the Superhero Bulking Program, you’ll learn:

  • How to maintain a high-strength, high-functionality physique while still enjoying the foods you enjoy.

This program is only for relatively advanced weight-lifters. It’s going to let you add on those extra few pounds that elude so many of us once we get lean.

I know the drill—you lean down, you look great. But you want a bit more size. It proves difficult to get even three extra pounds of lean muscle without simultaneously getting fat and losing the very definition you worked so hard for.

Kinobody Goddess Toning Program

Alright ladies, this one is for you!

In the Kinobody Goddess Toning Program, you’ll learn how to get the female movie-star look. The female body is tricky—you don’t want to get too muscular, but you want to get some of the nice curves, have some fat in the right places, and maybe even get a bit of ab definition.

Greg teaches you how to do this by…

  • Using cardio + strength training: an excellent combination for females to lose stubborn fat quickly.
  • Designing a meal plan: don’t worry, it still lets you eat your favorite foods!
  • Why mainstream fitness advice is often BAD: put down the magazines that are teaching you the wrong things.

Aggressive Fat Loss

This Kinobody PDF is very similar to the Warrior Shredding Program. While Greek God and Superhero focus on bulking up, WSP is about fat loss.

Greg takes the same concepts in WSP and applies them on a higher level for even faster fat loss (look at how intense some of the cuts are here).

Maybe you took a vacation to Mexico and ate a few too many street tacos. Or maybe, in your recent bulk, you accidentally gained five pounds of fat along with the five pounds of muscle. No matter

Aggressive Fat Loss does NOT tell you to…

  • Eat 10 small meals a day—this is inconvenient and impractical, nor satisfying.
  • Doing hours and hours of cardio—treadmills are boring.
  • Starve yourself—you’ll still get to eat satisfying and filling meals that you enjoy.

Fair warning: this program does center a lot around intermittent fasting—so familiarize yourself with that concept.

In any case, the Aggressive Fat Loss Kinobody PDF & Program does a great job of helping you to shred off those extra few pounds of fat that just won’t seem to go away. Use it if you just can’t seem to get rid of some stubborn fat.

Kinobody Bodyweight Mastery

If you look at 90% of bodyweight programs, they basically just tell you to do hundreds upon thousands of push-ups, crunches, and other exercises. They never teach you how to advance those movements (other than DO MORE).

Can you do muscle-ups? One-armed pull-ups or push-ups?

If not, you could definitely be relatively stronger to what you are now, no matter your current weight.

Personally, I enjoy going to the gym and am not a huge fan of bodyweight exercises. However, I do travel often. A gym, much less one with good equipment, is sometimes out of reach. During these times, I reference Greg’s program to maintain my physique when I just can’t get to the gym.
