Drinking water is vital to improving your metabolism. That’s why we encourage you to drink between 1.5 to 2 liters a day.
Exercising is extremely important. Try to walk for at least 45 minutes continuously at a speed of 5 km/h or more. Aim for 5 times a week.
Have a glass of low fat milk or yogurt daily, at any time during the day.
You can drink up to 4 cups of coffee or tea a day but do not add any sugar (white or brown) or creamers (such a Coffee mate or Rainbow). Instead you can use 1 or 2 packets of any sweetener, such as TROPICANA SLIM, each day.
Diet soft drinks are very low in calories thus they don’t affect your diet, but the acids they contain are harmful to your stomach and bones. Don’t drink them more than 2 times a week.
Canned and fresh juices are high in calories so stay away from them when you are on a diet.
Have a meal or a snack every 3 hours and don’t sleep right after dinner. Instead stay awake for around 2 hours after your last meal.
Green tea helps in reducing blood cholesterol levels and may help burn more fat.
In case you feel hungry after your meals, you are allowed to have any green vegetables you like.
