HCG Diet Instructions

BASIC MEAL PLAN:

Breakfast:
Coffee or Herbal Tea
No Food
Snack:
1 Fruit serving

Lunch:
100 Grams Chicken, Beef, Whitefish, or Shellfish
A handful of Vegetables
1 Melba Toast Cracker

Snack:
1 Fruit Serving

Dinner:
100 Grams Chicken, Beef, Whitefish, or Shellfish
A handful of Vegetables
1 Melba Toast Cracker

**Take 10-15 drops of HCG 3x per day, preferably when you wake up, and 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner.

** See Food list below for allowable Fruits and Vegetables

Things you will need:

  • Digital weigh scale to keep track of your weight daily
  • Daily tracking sheet to monitor progress
  • Groceries – Chicken, fish, steak, veggies, fruits etc…
  • Food scale – Meat should weigh 100 grams raw for each meal
  • HCG drops
  • Vitamin B12
  • Potassium pills
