Guy Fieri‘s diet and workout are nonexistent. Correction, Guy Fieri’s diet and workout should not exist or should be a joke, but that is not the case. Sure, he looks like someone who needs to lose 50 pounds, at least, but if you think that Guy Fieri’s diet and workout are a joke, think again. Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that Guy Fieri’s diet and workout are good examples of how one should diet and exercise. Not at all.

Having said that, given the fact that his job is to eat a lot of food high in calories and carbohydrates, it is amazing that he has managed to keep his weight relatively under control, at least for now. He should be at least 100 pounds overweight by now. So, what does he eat and what kind of exercises does he do? When he is not on the road, he tries to follow a balanced diet. He lifts weights for 45 minutes and does about 45 minutes of cardio each day. Unfortunately, he does not look like a guy who exercises regularly. I noticed he tends to shy away from eating too many refined carbs or desserts on the show. Maybe this is how he keeps slimmer than what he could be by testing and eating that much food for living. Maybe he does Liver Detoxes to help too.
