Elevate Coffee Review – 16 Things You Need to Know
Elevate Coffee is a “smart coffee” made with “a priority blend of amino acids, choline, Columbian coffee, and fat burners,” according to Elevacity, the company behind it all. Though this is an instant coffee, you’ll not likely see instant results. Our research team notes that the “proprietary blend” of fat burners and nootropics totals just 3.1 grams per serving.
With 13 ingredients in this special blend, it is unlikely that there is a therapeutic dose of all those components in just 3.1 grams. Take more than one serving, and the caffeine content becomes concerning. With 100mg of caffeine per cup, our team looks even deeper. It took some deep digging, but the crew found the details they were looking for on ingredients, side effects and more. Here is the bottom line on Elevate Coffee.
Elevate Coffee can be purchased through their Official Site.

What Users Are Saying
“I tried the hot chocolate for a month and nothing. Then switched to the coffee and 3 months later I’m down 20 lbs. I feel great. Energized, less of an appetite, and just feel positive. It took about 6 weeks to kick in full force so don’t lose hope. Stick with it. We are all different. I’m going to continue. 15 lbs to go. Really feel good.”
“It does suppress my appetite, but it makes me super jittery and I have yet to lose any weight. ”
“Tastes disgusting. Have used almost the entire bag and haven’t lost a pound. Leaves you feeling good but then in a few hours I have found myself crashing and getting extremely irritable. I would not recommend.”

There haven’t been any side effects of Elevate Coffee reported yet; however, the ingredients present in this nootropic themselves are known to have side effects. For example, too much coffee can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and restlessness.
Going by the current available reviews, it’s hard to determine whether Elevate Coffee can produce effective results for everyone. There is no scientific support for its claimed effectiveness.
There is no defined Elevate Coffee diet. The instructions tell the user how to prepare the coffee, but not how many times a day or whether it is designed to be a meal replacement. It’s called a “functional beverage,” but that appears to be a term unique to Elevacity. It does not refer to an Elevate Coffee diet.
Elevate Coffee can be purchased using their Official Site.
The connection between Elevate Coffee and weight loss is based on three ingredients: green coffee bean, green tea, and chromium polynicotinate. All three have benefits, but all are listed far down on the ingredient label in a proprietary blend. So, Elevate Coffee weight loss could be a thing, but we’re skeptical because there’s not likely enough of the three ingredients to be effective.
24 sticks of Elevate Coffee costs $60, and one stick serves one. The manufacturer also has an EasyShip program that offers a saving of $9; however, when you enroll in the program, you will be billed every month. The Coffee Tub, on the other hand, costs $50 and serves 24.
You can either use the Elevate Coffee by itself, or you can add it to any drink. Just mix one scoop or one stick in around four to eight ounces of water; hot or cold, stir it well and enjoy. Alternatively, you can add one serving to your favorite protein shake, iced tea, or favorite coffee.
The official website lists a phone number as well as an email address that you can use to get in touch with Elevate Coffee customer service. Moreover, there is also a short form that you can fill out, and the company will get back to you.
There is no section on the official website that has been dedicated to customer’s inquiry about Elevate Coffee returns.

56 Elevate Coffee Reviews
I had followed the Keto diet for 3 months and lost 10 pounds but had been at a stall for a month with no weight loss. I was introduced to elevate coffee by a friend that suggested I might try it to get my weight loss back on track. The first day I tried I loved it. I started with a half a pack like my friend suggested. It gave me very clean energy, appetite control and enhanced my mood tremendously. I used a teaspoon of elevate in my coffee for 8 days and lost 5 pounds. I ran out of my samples and ordered more. It took me about 2 weeks to receive the coffee but in the mean time I stuck to a my Low Carb- Low sugar Keto diet and didn’t gain any weight. I have now received my order and am on day 3 with another pound gone 🙂 . I love this stuff and recommended it to everyone that is interested in losing weight.
I love it to along with the Xanthohumol capsule it’s amazing. Promotes your body’s production of all 4happy hormones as well as the energy and cognitive nootropics!
Have used it for only two days and I’m stopping. Both days headache (I get migraines anyway so don’t need more triggers). Stomach issues, gas, and just don’t feel well. It might help others as I didn’t eat a lot but side effects aren’t worth it.
Same. It’s just not worth having jittery feelings, headache, crawling skin, chest tightness, dizziness…
I drank my first coffee using a scoop full. I threw it all up and am very nauseated ! Yuk!! Anyone else with these side effects?
Leave a comment…The first time I tried it, I felt icky all day. The next day I used half a scoop and felt fine. Did half a scoop for a while, now I’m on a whole scoop and no problems. Give it a chance.
Leave a comment… I started with 1/2 scoop, felt fine. Have been on it for 15 days. I just put it (choc.) in my first cup of coffee in the a.m. and also take the 1 capsule with it. 7 1/2 lbs gone. Woo Hoo, Happy Coffee.
I had the same problem for my first two days, I was taking the Dose and my coffee at the same thing , first thing in the morning, would crash by 2 PM and then a splitting headache would set in for the rest of the day and night. SO..the third say I took my dose at 8 in the morning, waiting til 1030 to have my coffee and , TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY ? I didnt crash and no headaches. I think some people just cant take all that caffeine at one, and it needs to be split up…I will continue and see how it goes ,but u have noticed , no craving for food, very very thirsty, and do t crave junk..
Love this product! I was introduced to the coffee through a friend. I have always struggled with my weight and have tried numerous diets and eating plans. The reason I chose to try the product is primary because I love my coffee, also it’s simple to take and well priced compared other weight loss products out there. I try to follow a Ketogenic lifestyle as best as I can and am feeling great. However when it comes to late night with the family I get easily drawn into the munchies and I blow my healthy eating. Now that I have my Elevate Smart Coffee + Xanthomax, these two new products work synergistically for quick weight loss and an elevated, happy mood. I drink the coffee in the afternoon with my lunch and then the pill.
The thermogenic components start working by suppressing my appetite and starts melting away the fat. I have been using the products for 2 weeks now and am starting to love my body again and don’t feel deprived. This product is a winner!
I can’t wait to start! Is it still working for you? How much have you lost? Do you excersize?
The taste is not bad at all and it smells delicious.. but it made me extremely anxious and shaky and made my head feel weird.
Me too, I am glad to see others have had a similar reaction.
It did this to me also and I used a 1/2 scoop After that and I am down 40lbs and counting
I started with full serving and felt off not shaky or anythingnand then I backed down to 1/2 serving and have no problems then I tried the Choclevate and I have a full serving everyday
Perhaps you should try 1/2 the dose for several days and work the dose up allowing yourself to get use to it. Good luck.
It makes me jittery also. But it surpresses my appetite, and have lots of energy. I’m going to stay on it hoping the jitters go away.
I love the taste and smell, I’m an avid coffee drinker. It doesn’t upset my delicate stomach and makes me a lot more focused and energetic within 10-15 mins of drinking it. I’m also taking XanthoMax, my stomach bloating from Leaky Gut Syndrome is greatly reduced after 2 weeks. I recommend it over the other kinds I’ve tried.
I’ve tried it twice in the last two months. Elevate makes my scalp itch, making me think I’m allergic to some ingredient. I don’t like coffee, so I first mixed one “stick” with one packet of hot chocolate dissolved in about 2 1/2 cups of hot water. Still had to add a bit of sweetener and cream to get it down. I do have less headaches, I have lost one pound, put it back on as soon as I stopped using, then took it back off in a couple days. Yesterday I skipped the coffee and ended up with a headache that lasted through the night and this morning until my 1 cup of diluted Elevate killed the headache, but left my hands shaky and my scalp “crawling.” I’m looking for something different.
I tried it. recieved a sample from someone trying to get me into the MLM with him. It is most definitely a stimulent. I have been on the RX Ritalin in the past and to me it feels pretty much like the same effect. I felt hyper and buzzy and headachy. A typical amphetamine effect is noticeable. I can see how this product ,if taken by people who may have addiction issues, could get into trouble with this. Any weight loss occuring will return once the product is stopped. Weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. This product will appeal to those who jump on the diet fad train for sure.
I would suggest in response to your comment that this is not for for addicts or permanent weight loss like some sort of miracle pill. While I agree you need a lifestyle change, sometimes people get “stuck” at a certain weight, even when exercising and eating well. That is when I would maybe bring in an alternative like Elevate. to break that barrier of weight loss and aid in the lyfestyle change. You seemed rather negative about it all.
I would agree it is a strong stimulant, with an amphetamine effect. My jaw was stiff all day and sore at night from clenching it. I felt weird the whole day and unbalanced. My bodies reaction to it was not good at all.
Gives me the same affect. I thought it was just me….
Love this coffe, I’ve seen fast results. I will continue drinking this. It does what it says.
I have been using the coffee for two weeks now. It does give me the energy I’ve been needing. I have noticed it suppresses my appetite and the cravings. Since I started I have lost 6 lbs, I am going to try the Xanthomax starting today and hope to see more progress. My daughter has been using both coffee and pills for maybe a few days longer and has lost 20 lbs. so far no side affects.
your daughter used this product for a few days longer then you, and lost 20 pounds? so that would be right at a month of using, and 20 pounds down, that is very hard to believe. I am on my 5th day of using the dose and coffee and woke up with itch spots on my neck and very red, seems to be a reaction to something and I can only think it is this product, I went ahead and still had my coffee this morning but skipped the pill, looking to see if anyone else had a reaction from this product.
The pill was making me feel jittery, and nervous. Anything but happy. Today I switched things up. I drank my coffee this morning and just now took the pill at 7pm. I’m hoping by splitting them up will help
Leave a comment…I am only on day 3 and haven’t had the coffee yet today but I woke up with a rash type reaction – I’m kind of hot all over, have bumpy, red skin, especially on my arms, my face is a bit swollen – definitely feel like I’m having an allergic reaction to something… and this is the only thing that I’ve changed in my diet or lifestyle. Not sure if I should continue taking it or not??
Hi Kerri ,
Please make sure to contact your physician if you continue to experience side effects with this product
That is fast what are you eating for your meals? Excersing?
I just ordered mine some of these comments scare me but I have a friend who is on it lost a ton of weight and cannot wait to start
Just start off slow with a 1/4 scoop, Debbie and work your way up to a full scoop when you’re ready. Find what works for you to mix it so you enjoy the taste. People complaining of headaches really need to make sure they are drinking tons of water! Yes, I sell this product. Been drinking it for over one year now and could not be happier with the products, the company or my results.
what did you eat while you was on the coffee? did you follow a diet plan
Elevate brew is amazing. I mix the coffee with the hot Choclevate and the results are out of this world. I have completely stopped taking antidepressants since I started drinking the coffee and taxing Xanthomax. Love it and highly recommended it
Elevate coffee has helped in all the ways it says. I’m down 28 pounds, have more energy ands much clearer mind. I complete my tasks and then some. Never have jitter feelings. I feel tons better.
How long have you been taking it? I’am over weight and on my 7th day.. Haven’t weighed in yet.
Not for me, made me feel really drowsy, anxious, nauseous, shaky, and my head felt really strange. Lasted all day and didn’t feel like getting off of the couch, really weak. Maybe different effects for others
Me too. I tried it today, can’t stay awake, and feel spacey or something. I can’t exactly explain it but I don’t think this is for me.
This is why I’m reading the dude effects as I feel the same way today! Feel dizzy and weird abs even my vision feels off!!
Me too it was HORRIBLE. Resting heart rate was 136… that’s crazy insane. I felt shaky, weak, short of breath heart racing, palpations and anxious. I almost went to the ED. I thought I was having a heart attack. I am a young healthy female who is an avid 4+ cups of coffee a day. I have never felt this horrible & it lasted ALL DAY! It’s not for me…proceed with caution. 🙁
Same here. I thought maybe it was just me! I was sent a two day supplier of the Smart Coffee and Xanthomax supplement! 2 days ago I took them and OMG thought I was gonna die! Every thing you experienced and much, much more for about 14hrs.! Yesterday I only used a half pack of the coffee off and on through out the day chest tightening, rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, headache, sweating, dizziness, feeling heavy and weak! Today I just took the supplement Xanthomax mild headaches, stomach bloated, confusion, really bad anxiety, upper back and left should pain just not feeling well! I just cant use either the coffee or Xanthomax supplement! Staying on keto diet! We’re all so different, happy for the ones that have had success!
Rita that’s exactly how it made me feel. At one point I really thought I might be having a heart attack! I’ve never felt so bad. It lasted 36 hours before I even begun to start feeling better. My husband decided to try the second pack since there’s NO WAY I’d ever drink it again. It done the same thing to him. I’m honestly wondering if the people who claim to love it are just the people who are selling it. I think this stuff has the potential to really hurt someone who isn’t aware of these side effects.
I put a third of the packet in my coffee and about a hour later I was so nauseous. I threw up 6 times from being so nauseous.
It clearly says do not add with other liquids that contain caffeine. To much caffeine will make you sick.
I felt this way for about a week and it eased up and then I cut out my antidepressant and it went away all together. It was chilling me out so much that I wanted a nap. I can also say that I cut back on the amount taken and it helped. Nausea, HA, racing heart was all in the beginning and it was from taking too much. Half a scoop was the answer for me.
I drank the coffee and took the pill for 4 days. Didn’t use either on Saturday and Sunday I couldn’t get out of bed. Slept all day and through Sunday night. Still feel tired on Monday. Don’t know if it was due to stopping the coffee but that was the only change I had made. I don’t want a product I can’t function without. Was curious if anyone else had this issue.
You should start off with only half a scoop and work your way up to a whole scoop. Make sure to drink plenty of water. This product is awesome! Give it another try.
I was really excited about this product based off of a friend starting to sell it. I started with a sample of the DOSE. Within five minutes of taking the pill I was in the bathroom sick. Thinking it was a fluke I decided to try to just push past it and give it the whole three days. Every time I took the pill or drank the coffee I felt horribly sick. When I was trying to do research on it, there was little to none available. Looking at the ingredients, there were a few questionable ones including rice flour- which is a filler. I would NOT recommend. Use a product with research behind it.
I have had a similar reaction. After 2 days of starting the coffee I had a bad case of diarrhea and my stomach has not been the same (it’s been a week). I feel nauseas or just generally yucky all day. However, I had immediate results with it being an appetite suppressant and definitely increased energy. But, the pros don’t outweigh the cons.
I have been using elevate for about 3 months. I’m not a consultant and I’m not selling so I’ll give an honest review. It taste great and that’s about it. It doesn’t curb anything, doesn’t give me the jitters nausea headaches etc it just tastes good. Not sure how much longer I’ll continue its expensive price for just good taste and no results.
Pretty sure that like everything else we Put into Our bodies it affects each of us differently.I started using this last January. I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose ….I was a little jittery when I first started taking it so I cut the portion in half . It was much better after that. I do get some occasional headaches. But I have lost 7 pounds in a year I went from 128 lbs to 121…. It is expensive so I still only use a half a scoop and I only take it about four days a week. Depending on the time of the year, vacations, and what our plans are I fluctuate within 2 pounds. But it comes right off. So I have to say I’m a believer in the product . Not a huge fan of the taste …. I use it in the morning w my first cup of coffee. I don’t use sweeteners but I do use half-and-half and on weekends sometimes I use whipped cream.
How much caffeine is in it? I was going to try it, but now not for sure!!
