Depending on the wanted results, you may follow this diet for 3, 7 or 14 days. If you want to lose 2 pounds, you may follow it for 3 days. If you want to lose 5 pounds, you may follow it for 7 days, but if you want to lose more than 5 pounds then you need to follow it for 14 days.
