Wow @Mena – that’s an honest question she was asking. Why be so rude.
Sharon – sometimes just diet and exercise isn’t enough. It took a mix of those two, vitamins, regular massages and Epsom baths to lose my potential weight – over 150 pounds! (Turns out my issues were stress related which caused weight gain). I *REALLY* insist though – go to your doctor. Ask them first. Mine had to run blood tests and it tooks months of tinkering to find what works for me. But being curious is the first step.
To all the ladies out there – you can do it. Time and patience are the key. And ignore the mena’s in the world. Your story and individual needs are what make you and you are the ones that count – not some else’s opinion.

To all the negative responses on here learn how to speak to people! Regardless of how someone put on weight if they’re looking for ideas encouragement helps… Being an asshole doesn’t! I’m sure even if it’s just to help de stress them it will help. Obviously this won’t be a cure all for weight loss but it’ll definitely help with getting needed minerals in the body & helping sore muscles if theyre getting active!

Just needed to say that the way people talk to people this way is very distrubing what happen to when people where night has anyone thought she might have other health problems and stuff that prevent her from doing things. I think that people forgot what manners and helping people really mean but I want to say to you thanks for reaching out and asking questions and just remember god loves you no mater what and the espom salt dose help and it’s very relaxing so it will help and I would say if you want to lose weight then do it think of thins you like to do and remember you are you and don’t listen to what people say about you because all that’s maters is you and the people that are in your life

To Laura and others, I’m a pro athlete and I can say with upmost certainty that epsom salt baths are very beneficial for more reasons than one! The American diet, work schedule, chemicals, air quality, and the ever present negativity from Trolls/Internet have added to health issues resulting in people needing education on health and fitness. Epsom alone won’t help you lose 100 lbs. BUT, it’ll help alleviate stress which triggers chemical reactions in females that cause us to gain weight. The baths will also help your digestive system which becomes sluggish due to lack of activities and sludge build ups in your body. The baths will decrease joint pain which will make your ability to do more activities greater! Remember a body in motion stays in motion which keeps your body’s furnace burning. So above all consult your doctor. Get tests for deficiency in any vitamins. Diet, less stress, more sleep, and exercise with three epsom salt baths every week if applicable. Pair it with walking, yoga, and gym time if your health permits it. Above all stay away from trolls. A personal trainer is advantageous. Look into fruits and veggies low carb high protein diets. Things to help your progress are Dr. Oz, Nutribullets, and DDP Yoga. Look up YouTube video for ddp yoga it helped a 300+lbs man who was injured to walk again and he lost a whole person in weight.
