Below is a list of foods that support your hypo ketogenic eating plan. You can find these foods at your local health store. For specific locations, please view the last page. The goal is to keep the body in a state of ketosis so it can burn the most fat. Part of the secret to do this is to eat very little food in the morning and no sweets (fruit, etc.) until after 3 pm every day.
The dietary goal is to eat at least 50% raw food at every meal.

7am – Noon
Drink a minimum of 1-2 quarts of purified water only to maximally promote ketosis & to detoxify the body. You may add a dash of Premier Pink Salt to the water for taste, if desired.
If you feel you need to eat something, eat low glycemic fruit. You will still need to drink 1-2 quarts of water (or more if desired).
List of Recommended Low Sugar/ Low Glycemic Fruits (Organic when possible)

  • Strawberries

  • Blackberries

Lunch (11:00a-1:30p)
(Goal: High Fat, High Protein, Low Carbohydrate, High Vegetable)
For lunch, eat one protein, 1-2 raw fats and a large salad (or variations).
Choose one main protein from # 1-3 below
1. Red Meat
Most Recommended

  • Grass-fed Bison
  • New Zealand Lamb
  • Grass Fed Beef

2. Fresh Fish Most Recommended

  • Wild caught Dover Sole Anchovies
  • Halibut Cordina
  • Swai Mackerel
  • Whitefish Haddock
  • Sardines Red Snapper

Less Desirable Fish (Don’t eat, or eat less often)
Salmon, flounder, sea bass, shrimp, tilapia, trout, catfish, mahi mahi, cod, herring, shark, tuna, albacore, crab, lobster, scallops

3 . Eggs

  • Poached, soft boil, raw duck eggs, or goose eggs (Available at your Local Farmers Market)

Less Desirable

  • Organic Chicken Eggs (Vital Farms or Shelton’s)

Less Desirable (Eat less often)

  • Coconut Oil (1-2 tsp)

  • Soaked nuts (especially Brazil nuts) (5-10 nuts)

  • Soy Milk
  • Margarine
  • Canola Oil
  • Hydrogenated Oil
  • Most vegetable Oils (corn oil, safflower oil)

Most Recommended Fermented Foods

  • Homemade Fermented Kefir (Using Organic Pastures Raw Milk to make kefir
  • Homemade Fermented Vegetables
  • Store bought fermented vegetables (Organic when possible)
  • Large salad (Add condiments and raw fats for taste)
  • Add fermented vegetables (Optional)

Most recommended salad vegetables:

  • Tomatoes, romaine lettuce, green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, onion, avocado, fermented vegetables

Less Desirable

  • Cooked vegetables

Super-Food Smoothie:
Ingredients:

  • Purified or Spring Water (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Quantum CocoGold (1 tablespoon)
  • Quantum EFA Oil (2 teaspoon)
  • Slim Body Whey (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Quantum Greens (2 tablespoons)
  • Organic berries (1/2 cup )
  • Colostrum (3 caps)
  • Fiber Immune (1-2 tablespoons)
  • Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add enough water to blend well.

Simple Smoothie Ingredients Ingredients:

  • Ѕ cup purified water
  • Ѕ cup strawberries (or other fruit)
  • Wildlands Raw Honey (1 tablespoon; to taste)
  • Quantum Greens (2 tablespoons)

Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add enough water to blend well.

  • 3-5 Organic Unsulfured Apricots & Organic Brazil nuts
  • Soaked in purified water for 30 minutes, rinse, then place on a fruit tray & Dehydrate at 120 F° degrees 12-48 hours, or overnight.
  • Fermented Nut Bread Ingredients:
  • Ѕ cup Organic Unsulfured Apricots
  • Ѕ cup Cranberries
  • Ѕ cup Organic Brazil nuts

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together,
  2. Spread on fruit tray in your dehydrator
  3. Dehydrate at 120 F° for 12- 48 hours

Dinner (5:00p-7:30p)
(Optional Protein, High Fat, Low Carbohydrate, High Vegetable)
Dinner Goal: Eat one starch, 1-2 raw fats, and a large salad. Protein optional.
If immune stress is present, or if you have done heavy exercise that day, eating protein is recommended. Otherwise, no animal protein at dinner.

The only exceptions to the grains are:
