Hello I’m head coach, Tola Malumi at St. Vital Fit Body Boot Camp.

I have 11 years experience in experimenting and practicing a variety of health and fitness exercises to get clients results. I am also a certified fitness trainer and an excellent motivator. I have ran several group fitness classes in Winnipeg and Lagos, Nigeria. I believe in explosive power, endurance and flexibility.
