Looks yummy. Technically tomato isn’t low carb and pumpkin or squash is very starchy.

These soups look amazing. Do u have any low sodium soups?
Nothing specifically low sodium Catherine but you can make almost any soup low sodium by subbing in a low sodium broth and lowering the salt content!
Spinach and Artichoke Dip Soup looks really great. I want to make it I am not sure if the kids and hubby would like it but that would just mean a lot of lunches for me to freeze up. Soup freeze so well and Fall is the best time of year to start stocking up on home made soups.

I am so glad I found your website today! I love soup and most recipes have potatoes, pasta, or rice in them. I wanted to share with you my Asparagus Soup recipe. The ingredients are so simple, yet the flavor is amazing. It is so rich and decadent. Unfortunately, I do not remember where I got the recipe in order to give them the credit.
½ cup (1 stick) butter
4 medium onions, chopped
6-1/2 cups (about) canned low salt chicken broth
3# fresh asparagus, trimmed, tips reserved, stalks coarsely chopped
Melt butter in heavy large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions; sauté until tender about 10 minutes. Add 6 cups broth and the chopped fresh asparagus. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook until tender about 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Working in batches, puree soup in blender (I use a Cuisinart Smart Stick Immersion Hand Blender). Return to pot, thin with more broth if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Add reserved asparagus tips and simmer until tips are tender. Serve with sour cream.
article states “I haven’t been home to experiment with new recipes yet” — I’d rather see the article after you have tried them. Are they really low-carb? and what substitutes actually worked, as opposed to theories proposed. I’ve found plenty of cookbooks that have “great recipes”, but I’m interested in tried-and-true recipes.
I am doing research to being a LCHF lifestyle change for my entire family after the first of the year. I found your soup recipes and they stopped me in my tracks! I can’t wait to see what else you have in store, but that will have to wait until I get home. (I am at work right now!)
As I have been feeling poorly I decided that soup was just what I needed. Made the roasted cauliflower but added bacon, cheese and mustard, similar to the broccoli soup. It was heaven. Just what the doctor ordered.
